USHAŞ ATTENDS THE 3RD TÜRKİYE-AFRICA ECONOMY AND BUSINESS FORUM!

The “3rd Türkiye-Africa Economy and Business Forum” was organized by Türkiye’s Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK) with the cooperation of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye and the African Union Commission (AUC).
Mehmet Muş, Minister of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, Mehmet Ali Kılıçkaya, General Director and Vice Chairman of the Board of USHAŞ, Albert Muchanga, Economic Development, Trade, Industry, and Mining Commissioner of African Union Commission (AUC) and Jean Lucien Bussa Tongba, Minister of Trade of the Congo Democratic Republic attended the panel.
Mehmet Ali Kılıçkaya spoke at the session titled “Sustainable Health Partnerships After COVID-19: Türkiye-Africa” and provided information on USHAŞ’s projects that are being and/or will be developed in the areas of health tourism, health information systems, pharmaceuticals, devices, and medical equipment. He also mentioned that they are in communication with the African region as USHAŞ and hope to establish effective projects.
At the forum’s conclusion, all participants acknowledged their satisfaction with the mutually beneficial outcomes and decided to organize the next Africa-Türkiye Economy and Business Forum in 2023 to attempt to make these efforts sustainable.
