USHAŞ strengthened cooperation in the field of health by hosting a delegation from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) led by Qatar’s Deputy Minister of Health, Dr. Saleh Ali Al-Marri, at the Turkish Ministry of Health on April 21, 2025. During the meeting, Türkiye’s health infrastructure and the global roles of USHAŞ and the “HealthTürkiye” portal were presented.
Mr. Behluel Onfur, General Director of USHAŞ, highlighted the multidimensional nature of health tourism, explaining that they are evaluating opportunities for cooperation in the fields of education and the supply of medicines and medical devices.
