Interministerial Protocol on Cooperation in Health Tourism

The international health tourism cooperation protocol signed between the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Ministry of Health aims to improve the quality of health tourism services, strengthen global promotion activities, and ensure sectoral regulations. Under the protocol, certification and accreditation systems will be established, and a QR code-based digital complaint system and call center will be created. Integration and promotion activities will be carried out through the HealthTürkiye platform; the promotion budget will be supported through the cooperation of USHAŞ and TGA, joint efforts will be made to combat misinformation, and a Health Tourism Executive Committee will be established.
