TÜRSAB Health Tourism Specialization President Zeynep Hale Yenice, Specialization Vice President Ali Rıfat Peşkircioğlu, and TÜRSAB Health Tourism Specialization Commission Member Aziz Ciga paid a visit to USHAŞ General Manager Mehmet Ali Kılıçkaya in his office.
Within the scope of the "Turkish Medical City" platform developed by USHAŞ, foreign Mastercard users visiting Türkiye for treatment will be able to receive end-to-end service by taking advantage of special offers at the hospitals contracted by USHAŞ. It is planned to expand the scope of the cooperation, which will be activated in Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Kazakhstan as of November, in the upcoming period
USHAŞ Deputy General Manager Murat Mercan and the accompanying delegation visited Mersin City Hospital. During the meeting held with the hospital Chief Physician Assoc. Dr. Bahar Aydınlı and Health Tourism Coordinator Soner Erol, consultations were held within the scope of possible collaborations and projects, especially on the subject of hospital services, facilities, and health tourism.
General Manager Moalla Ibrahim Mohamed and Medical Director Dr. Babiker Abdalla Elnaim of "Al-Takafuliya", one of Sudan's well-known insurance companies, operating under the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Sudan paid a visit to USHAŞ. Al-Takafuliya executives, who met with the delegation headed by USHAŞ General Manager Mehmet Ali Kılıçkaya, received information about the activities, projects and city hospitals carried out as USHAŞ in the field of health tourism. At the end of the meeting, a cooperation protocol was signed between USHAŞ and Al-Takafuliya to strengthen health tourism activities and to carry out joint projects between the two countries.
Being the export champion in the category of medical devices, USHAŞ achieved global success in the Turkish Health Sector by being among the top 1000 exporters of Türkiye. According to the information in the "Türkiye's Top 1000 Exporters 2020 Prestige Book" prepared by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM), USHAŞ continues to achieve success by being among the 500 companies that export the most.
Our Deputy General Manager Murat Mercan and the accompanying delegation met with Antalya Provincial Health Director Op. Dr. İsmail Başıbüyük and the chief physician of Antalya City Hospital Prof. Dr. Halil Yalçın Yüksel. During the meeting, consultations were held on the health tourism of the hospital, the operations and examinations of the patients coming from abroad, and the activities that can be carried out with the Turkish Medical City brand within this context.
USHAŞ General Director Mehmet Ali Kılıçkaya and Health Tourism Coordinator Prof. Dr. Ece Salihoğlu gathered with Rector of Istanbul University Prof. Dr. Mahmut Ak, Vice Rectors of the Istanbul University Prof. Dr. Recep Öztürk and Prof. Dr. Mustafa Oral Öncül and the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Prof. Dr. Tufan Tükek. During the meeting, the cooperation planned to be established in the field of health tourism; such as the provision of health tourism services, the creation of various educational and academic programs in the field of medicine and health abroad, the development of joint projects with the relevant fields of other disciplines on the axis of health and their arrangement as special education programs for abroad. Within the scope of the meeting, an agreement was reached on the work program for the realization of cooperation projects between USHAŞ and Istanbul University.
USHAŞ Deputy Chairman of the Board / General Director Mehmet Ali Kılıçkaya and the accompanying delegation met with Albanian Minister of Health and Social Protection Ogerta Manastirlu. In this important meeting, attended by the relevant departments from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye consultations were held on the cooperation between the two countries in health tourism, the supply of drugs, medical devices and materials required by Albania.
