Our 5-year-old Uzbek patient Sobirov Nurmuhammed, who was brought to Türkiye by USHAŞ, returned home after the treatment process in Başakşehir Çam and Sakura Hospital.
USHAŞ General Manager Mehmet Ali Kılıçkaya and the accompanying delegation started their visit program covering the provinces of Edirne and Tekirdağ with the meeting Governor of Edirne, Mr. Ekrem Canalp. Later, meetings were held with Trakya University Rector Prof. Dr. Erhan Tabakoğlu and his delegation. Sultan Murat I Hospital and Tekirdağ City Hospital were visited and evaluations were made with hospital managements. After the visits accompanied by Tekirdag Provincial Health Director Mr. Ali Cengiz Kalkan, Edirne Provincial Health Director Dr. Mustafa İshak Yıldırım and Thrace Development Agency General Secretary Mahmut Şahin, it was decided to promote the health tourism potential of the Thrace region in the Balkan geography together with USHAŞ and local stakeholders, and to act jointly around a strategy.
USHAŞ Vice Chairman of the Board- General Manager Mehmet Ali Kılıçkaya and USHAŞ delegation visited Turkish Eximbank General Manager Ali Güney and his delegation. During the meeting, joint projects and cooperation areas for the export of products and services in the field of health were evaluated.
USHAŞ received the 1st prize as the top medical exporter at the 2020 Stars of Export Award Ceremony organized by IKMIB. Our General Director Mehmet Ali Kılıçkaya received the award on behalf of our company: “We used to be on the award-giving side, and today we are on the award-winning side. I would like to thank the USHAŞ family and those who contributed". As USHAŞ, we would like to thank all our teammates who contributed to this success and İKMİB for their hospitality.
USHAŞ General Director Mehmet Ali Kılıçkaya and Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Manager Bora Palabayık visited the Health Industry Employers' Association of Türkiye. SEIS President Metin Demir and SEIS Secretary General Tünay Şahin attended the meeting that took place during the visit. During the meeting, potential fields of cooperation of USHAŞ with the medical device industry were discussed.
The USHAŞ Delegation, consisting of USHAŞ General Manager Mehmet Ali Kılıçkaya and Pharmaceuticals and Medical Device Operations Manager Bora Palabayık, visited TRNC Ambassador Kemal Köprülü and his delegation. During the meeting, the medicine and medical device procurement processes of the TRNC Ministry of Health and the current situation of the TRNC Nicosia Emergency Hospital, that started operating partially in November, were discussed.
SHAŞ General Director Mehmet Ali Kılıçkaya and USHAŞ representatives had a meeting with Islamic Development Bank Regional Director Hammad Hundal and bank officials. During the meeting, potential cooperation areas were discussed in detail, and the works have started for the cooperation protocol.
28th Expomed Eurasia Fair took place between June 2-4 with the participation of USHAŞ. At the fair, attended by the foremost names of the medical sector, the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Health Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tolga Tolunay visited our stand and received information from USHAŞ General Director Mehmet Ali Kılıçkaya about the medical devices and medicines, especially the domestic ventilator.
