Mr. Behlül ÜNVER, General Manager of USHAŞ, hosted Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhammed Emin DEMİRKOL, Director General of Public Health of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye and the accompanying delegation in his office. Mr. DEMİRKOL congratulated Mr. Behlül ÜNVER, General Manager of USHAŞ, on his new position and wished him success.
During the visit, the joint work of USHAŞ and the General Directorate of Public Health was discussed and comprehensive consultations were held on increasing cooperation in the field of health. In particular, strategic plans for vaccine production and supply, domestic and international development of pharmaceuticals and meeting the needs of the health system in these areas were discussed.
Mr. Behlül ÜNVER, General Manager of USHAŞ, emphasized the role of USHAŞ in national and international projects in the field of health and highlighted the importance of cooperation with the General Directorate of Public Health to further enhance Türkiye’s strong position in this sector. During the meeting, it was decided to develop joint projects and take necessary steps for new collaborations in order to reinforce Türkiye’s position as a global health brand.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhammed Emin DEMİRKOL emphasized the importance of the leading role and international success of USHAŞ in the health sector and stated that the General Directorate of Public Health is ready to make every contribution to support this vision.
